These days, technological advancements have tempted the scholars to combine the education sector with the various forms of technology to bring about positive results from their students.

With the introduction of science and technology, many scholars have developed a mentality thinking that this evil might bring about unending difficulties that might make life harder for man. They think that machines will substitute man because for them they do the work much better.

This theory has received a lot of criticism from the personnel in charge of education because even if technology is introduced, it will require human labor in order for it to operate. Still on the same point, many people have gone to school from which they have gotten knowledge on how to administer the different machines that have been invented.

For example; e-learning tools make it easy for the professors to get in touch with their students who live far away.

Another discovery that has come about to solve the growing problems of the students is called Human Performance Technology. Many institutions have opted for it to help the students become efficient and more determined to pass as most of the time they are always talking to their teachers.

This method has simplified on the way education is administered because the professors don’t have to strain going to the school every now and then yet they can use the internet to chat with their students.

In this process, the student will have to cope up with the changes because these three tools will have to be used. They are; learner-learner interactions, learner content and learner-instructor.
